What is the return policy?
You have up to 30 days from delivery to make a return (at your expense; we don’t offer free returns). Also, keep in mind that not everything is returnable (see details below). Lastly, we reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
How do I return an item?
You can initiate a return (at your expense; we don’t offer free returns) by visiting a USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL store. Once there, you should be able to ship the item back to us using the Sellables address on your packing slip. If your order was fulfilled by a different retailer than Sellables, be sure to use the address from their packing slip on your return label (not the Sellables address).
How much will I be refunded when I return an item?
The amount you’ll be refunded is the amount you paid for the item, including shipping and taxes. You can view your estimated refund amount by going to the Orders page in the My Account section. Once there, click on the Refund button next to your order to see the amount you’ll be refunded. Note that it may take up to 14 business days after we receive your returned item(s) to process your refund.
Are any products non-returnable?
Not many, but some products aren’t returnable. For example, we don’t accept returns of the following merchandise: hazardous items, pay-as-you-go products (phones, games), gift cards, open software, and items with special shipping instructions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (as indicated on the product’s details page). We also reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
